2) How long does it take to get my order to SA?

6) What products do you ship? 
We are willing to entertain the shipment of almost all products from the USA; there is however limits to what we are allowed to ship. Items we are not allowed to ship include:

7) How big can a parcel be?
We have no limit on parcel size. Items in excess of 200kg have been shipped in the past. For large requests please contact the sales department for a quotation.
How do you keep the prices so low?
Through years of experience we have established a variety of shipping routes from the USA to South Africa. Depending on the source and destination of your package, the most cost-effective route is selected, with effective delivery date.
With orders being shipped from the USA on a weekly basis, orders are pre-consolidated within the USA, and then shipped to South Africa. This then reduces the total invoicing, packaging, and shipping expense. This is then distributed amongst the various customers, to reduce costs.
9) How do warranties work?
All warranties are held with the original suppliers of the product. Products are purchased on behalf of client by www.wantitall.co.za. Invoices are issued to clients upon receipt of their goods. www.wantitall.co.za will assist in sending any items back to suppliers; however this will be at the client’s expense.
10) What about import duties and VAT?
www.wantitall.co.za has extensive experience in importation, and for that reason we are able to accurately quote the final landed price of items in South Africa. All prices you see on the online store are inclusive of all duties and VAT. We will facilitate the process whereby items are cleared through customs. 11) How do I track my order?
We update the status of all shipments on a daily basis. Once we receive information from suppliers or shippers, we update the status of you order. You are able to track the order from the moment it has been placed, shipped, and delivered.
12) What are all the items I see on the site?
The items displayed on the site are items we have found while searching the web. These items represent some of the best prices we were able to find that that particular item. This price includes all shipping, duties and VAT.
13) What do I do if I want an item that’s not on the site?
If you require an item that is not available on our online, we will gladly arrange for the item to be imported. Simply full out the item request form and we will mail you back a quotation.
14) Why don’t I just purchase the items myself?
